Hi! I’m Audrey (she/her)

I am a Registered Social Worker with the the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers.

I completed my Bachelor of Social Work at the University of Waterloo, and my Master of Social Work Degree at the University of Toronto with a specialization in Health and Mental Health.

I have experience supporting individuals with their mental health in various settings, including community centres, hospitals, and in private practice.

I have worked with individuals experiencing a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, stress/overwhelm, and grief/loss.

In my free time, you can likely find me on a long walk with my dog, at a workout class with friends, or trying out new recipes in the kitchen.

My Approach

I specialize in working with individuals (aged 18 & up) who are struggling with relationships.

My approach is attachment-based and trauma-informed. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences influence your emotions and relationships today, and cultivate greater safety and confidence in your relationships and within yourself.

I also use evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to help you manage difficult emotions and develop practical skills for healthy connections and communication.

Since relationship challenges often go hand-in-hand with anxiety, low self-esteem, or past trauma, I take a whole-person approach to healing. We’ll work toward meaningful, sustainable change in your relationships — and in your life as a whole.
